You can call or email me to arrange a time. During this initial contact, I’ll ask for your details and discuss, briefly, why you’re seeking counselling. Following that, I’ll email you my address and the booking details.
Session Details

Duration: Individual sessions are 60 minutes long.

Fee: $125 per session.

What to Expect

For the best results, especially in the early stages, weekly sessions are recommended to build momentum. However, I understand that schedules can be busy, and fortnightly sessions may work better for you.
There is no set timeframe for counselling—it’s entirely based on your needs. Whether you require a single session or ongoing support, we’ll tailor the process to suit you.

Online Counselling

Online sessions are available via Zoom. When booking, I’ll provide you with a secure link. To ensure privacy, please make sure you’re in a quiet, private space where you won’t be overheard, and I’ll do the same on my end.
